What if you could eliminate or quiet your limiting beliefs and actually reach your health and fitness goals?
Think what stops you from achieving your goals, what self-sabotaging behaviors keep coming up, maybe even what scare you? Those stories, behaviors, beliefs that creep up again, and again and again, that stop you from being the best version, the healthiest and the fittest version of yourself?
Maybe there is this underlying question of what if I actually succeed? How would it feel? What am I going to do then?
Imagine if just your imagination would make your limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behavior disappear? The body is equipped with natural self-repair mechanisms that can be flipped on and off with the power of the mind. But what if you were programmed to believe you can’t be healthy, can’t be fit, can’t lose weight because your mum was obese, your dad was obese and actually the bad genes are in your family? Even if your conscious mind believes it’s possible, as long as your subconscious mind holds that limiting belief, you won’t be able to reach your goals, since the subconscious mind runs you 90-95% of the time.
You might keep telling yourself that you need to make a change, something needs to change because you are just not happy with the way things are. But you are waiting for the right day, next Monday, next Month, next year but that day just doesn’t come. It is scary, you are scared and maybe even telling yourself that you can’t do it, what is the point, you have failed so many times before, why should you bother again.
Can you imagine this will go on for the next 5 years? What illness, fears and more stories might you manifest to stop you in your tracks?”
So, basically, you wake up re-living the same day over and over, not being happy and hoping it will be different. But no matter what, your stories and actions are still the same.
Question: Do you know the ONE thing stopping you from living the life you want?

The Answer is: a totally different set of beliefs.
There Are Two Kinds of Beliefs:
Empowering Mindset And Limiting Mindset.
In order to change the mindset, it is important to understand why we think the way we think and also understand what we actually want to achieve. What is it is going to look like. Have you ever taken the time to think about what it would look like to be healthy, what would it feel like to be fit?
You cannot create anything you want from life if you cannot see it as a possibility. Period. It’s never going to happen. In order for your dreams to manifest into reality, you must have a distinct vision to help you navigate to reach your goals.
If we only know what it feels like to be miserable, we will focus on NOT being miserable. The problem is that the mind doesn’t really know the difference. It will keep focusing on the word miserable.
The Importance of Imagination
Imagination is the only state of mind that allows us to be free from the limiting reality we live in. Allowing our imagination to flow freely liberates us from the restraints of the trapped feelings, beliefs and emotions. Imagination connects you continually and sustainably to a tangible outcome. It determines your behavior.

Im my praxis I have experienced clients who have tried all diets that exist, who can’t heal their relationship with food and keep sabotaging themselves but quietly thinking they are not worth it, or because they actually feel safe in that negative mindset because this is known and familiar.
I have been able to help my clients to break free from self-sabotaging behaviors and limiting beliefs by using imagination to create a picture in the mind what the healthy you will look like, what is it going to feel like, what will be different.
The results have been amazing and I belief that the mind is such a powerful tool that we underestimate to use to heal ourselves.
