What I do is my life purpose. With my Education in combination with personal experience of disordered eating, I have a unique understanding of what it’s like to struggle with weight, food and body image issues.

 

 

I use a range of coaching techniques including deep questioning technique, Mindfulness, NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming), CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy) and mindfulness.

 

 

Understand your triggers that make you turn to food as a coping mechanism and create strategies for dealing with triggers in different circumstances as they arise in a powerful way.

 

Release obsessive behaviors like counting calories, weighing your food, weighing yourself on a daily basis so you can enjoy food in a way you may not have done before.

 

Let go of limiting beliefs about your body, weight and dieting that no longer serve you.
