Meetings

Weekly group coaching meetings to discuss the weekly topic to stop overeating and using food for comfort. I will break down step by step the new topic, what to do and provide home work for the week to maximise your results. 

Workbooks

This course is all about maximising change and transformation. You will get workbooks to full out, mindfulness and meditation videos  to deepen your learning each week.

Community

Every strong woman has a group of strong women holding her back. Community is the big part of the course. We are here to support, encourage and celebrate each other. We will not only be there for each other during our weekly meetings but also in between provide support, ask questions and be there for each other.
